By creating an account or using the Telora platform at gettelora.com or app.gettelora.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Telora provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform that answers inbound calls, books appointments, and integrates with third-party business tools. The Service includes the web dashboard, AI agents, provisioned phone numbers, and any integrations you configure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Your access to the Service is governed by the plan you subscribe to. Current plan limits are as follows:

Top-Up Credits: If you exhaust your included monthly minutes, you may purchase additional call credits. Top-up credits are non-expiring and carry over as long as your account remains active.
Additional Phone Numbers: You may provision extra phone numbers beyond your plan's included limit. Each additional number is billed at $5/month and charged automatically through Stripe.
Concurrent Call Add-Ons: By default, your plan supports a base number of simultaneous inbound calls. You may purchase additional concurrent call capacity as an add-on (e.g., +$15/month on Starter). Without the add-on, callers beyond the concurrent limit may receive a busy signal.
Plan limits and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Telora to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe's standard retry schedule. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
Subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Because the Service incurs hard costs for AI processing and telephony the moment it is used, we do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or early cancellations on annual plans.
Top-up credits are non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Cancelling your subscription: You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Your account will not be shut down immediately — you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and no prorated refund will be issued.
What happens when your billing cycle ends:
Grace period resubscription: If you resubscribe within 30 days, your phone numbers are automatically reactivated and reconnected to your agents.
After 30 days: Phone numbers that are not reactivated are permanently released back to the public number pool. These numbers cannot be recovered.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules with notice where reasonably practicable.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws governing call recording, AI disclosure, and telemarketing in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:
Telora is not liable for your failure to comply with these obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold Telora harmless from any claims, fines, or damages arising from your non-compliance.
The Service integrates with third-party tools (Google Calendar, Clio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others) at your direction. You are responsible for your compliance with the terms and policies of any third-party service you connect. Telora is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Telora and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, AI models, trademarks, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
You retain ownership of your data (call recordings, transcripts, business configurations). By using the Service, you grant Telora a limited license to process and store your data solely to operate and provide the Service.
We operate the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability and do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Telora in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Telora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed calls, incorrect bookings, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will perform accurately in all situations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. [Note: update this once your legal jurisdiction is finalized.]
